The End of the Affair

This is an outfit of favorites: my favorite seven year old jeans (that somehow always manage to fit whether they're tighter or looser at times), my favorite striped sweater and my favorite neutral flats.   Oh, and I'm holding my favorite pair of sunglasses that are more than 10 years old.  They're one of the few expensive pairs that I actually have managed not to lose (knocking on wood now).

One thing you might have noticed--I've officially broken off my relationship with bangs-- they just got too needy and I wasn't able to give them the attention they deserved.  I hope they understand.  It was nice while it lasted and we'll always have the memories.   Who knows, someday we may end up back together (yeah, we've been through this several times before and I always end up going back) ...
