one of the most satisfying parts of selling vintage is when i actually get to see who winds up buying the pieces i choose for the shop.  so i couldn't tell you how pleased i was to find out this divine cobalt blue dress was sold to none other than "ms. tallulah porkchop"; vintage connosseiur, animal lover and australian fashion blogger to boot!

what's your name and where do you live?   My name is Lou, aka Miss Tallulah Porkchop, and I live in Melbourne, Australia. 

what’s your favourite decade for vintage and why? I’m deeply in love with the ‘50s due to the high glamour, the femininity and the way it celebrates the hourglass figure. 

if you could raid anyone’s closet, dead or alive who would it be and why? Can I say Joan Holloway? Or maybe Dita Von Teese. 

do you have a very favourite item of clothing in your closet? My lace ‘50s black lace cocktail dress - it clings and flatters like nothing else. 

what vintage pieces are you scouring etsy for this winter? Hmmm… well it’s approaching summer in Australia, but I spent my winter in vintage plaid wool skirts, velvet skirts and velvet dresses. 

what four people would you invite to your imaginary dinner party (dead or alive) and why? Isabella Blow - I love, love, love an eccentricGrace Coddington - Not your average cat lady Leith Clark – Coolest girl on the planet, and Snickers (my late cat) – I would do anything to spend some more time with him
